Dr. Michael Hartpence graduated from Life Chiropractic College in 1983 with honors. He also holds a B.S. degree in Health.
Dr. Hartpence did his Masters study at William Paterson University in Biochemistry.
Dr. Hartpence is certified in impairment ratings and physiotherapy. He has also taken advanced courses in radiology.
Dr. Hartpence previously served as Independent Chiropractic Examiner for Insurance Companies, including Kemper, Allstate, State Farm, Liberty Mutual, La Grange Mutual. from 1985-1988.
Dr. Hartpence was Formerly: The Director of Chiropractic Services for the Atlanta Industrial Medical Clinic, Inc., a multi-disciplinary clinic specializing in work related injuries. He coordinated treatments with chiropractors, medical doctors and orthopedic surgeons. From: 1984-1988
Dr. Hartpence previously was an Instructor of Clinical Science and Staff Doctor at Life University Clinics-Atlanta & Marietta from: 1984-1985
Dr. Hartpence served as Director of Clinical Services for Southside Chiropractic Clinics in Griffin and Jonesboro GA. From: 1984-1989
Dr Hartpence was a Guest Lecturer, Clayton State College-School of Nursing Senior Level Classes From: 1995-1997
Dr. Hartpence also served as an Independent Chiropractic Examiner—IME Services, Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida from: 1988-2003
Dr. Hartpence was the Vice President, Chiro-Net Workers Compensation Service Organization from: 1985-1989.
He served on the Board of Directors, Benchmark Family Medical Clinic, College Park, GA from 1989-2002
He was the Vice President of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association 1984-1988.
Dr. Hartpence was the President, Southern Crescent Management Company, Medical Billing Division from: 1995-1998
He was the Vice President, AmeriCare International Inc. Management Services Organization. Bradenton, Florida 1998-2000
Dr. Hartpence has been practicing on the Southside of Atlanta for over 40 years.
